signal lights acting weird
It started with irregular clicks, then they started out by skipping clicks, and now they click so fast that they don't even have time to actually turn on. I've checked all light to see if bulbs were bad, but they all look good to me. Any suggestion anyone? Thanks. I'm out of warranty so, unless it's something really difficult, I'll rather solve the problem myself.

Prolly the relay, which I'm told is cheap *and* easy.
The relay is built into the hazard switch, I think. This fails very commonly.
There are also failures of the multifunction switch (the stalk, basically - signals, high beams, etc.), but I'd try the relay first.
Dealer just replaced both of mine (the realy and the switch) to fix an erratic, random relay ticking sound.

Is it located on top the radio? meaning do I have to take the radio out to reach it?
Anyone knows this?

Yes, it is the hazard relay above the radio and no you do not
have to remove the radio to get to it. The facia comes off to expose the relay, fairly easy to do. Mine was doing the same thing as yours and replacing the realy fixed the problem. Good luck.
