Default Special Thanks to a Great Guy

A little while back I sent out a call to all of you allroaders. I knew that someone out there would be able to help me with my unique problem. I titled it " Deflated in New Jersey ". Well it's been a couple of weeks since that request and I'm just now getting the chance to say thanks to "Rally_Nutcase_1982" for comming to my aid. I needed a new spare tire for my allroad. Not an easy item to come by. Here was a total stranger stepping up to help another person simply because we share an involvement with a special kind of automobile. I just can't thank him enough. I now feel safe again. If you've never seen his car in person you are really missing something special. Once again thanks Rally_nutcase_1982 and thank you all of you car nuts. Seasons Greeting, have Happy New Year's and safe motoring.

Default Thanks for your kind words, I really appreciate it and hope that the spare wheel can remain in the

trunk :-)

I also hope you can still enjoy your allroad, specially now with some real snow on the ground.
Helping a fellow allroader is always a pleasure and since we are only a few throughout the Country, it becomes almost "mandatory" in order to help to keep our cars on the road ;-)

Have a safe and cheerful Christmas and a Happy New Year!

P.S. - still looking for the SAP (secondary air pump), I might have put it in my storage place and need to check it out as well.

Default Thomas IS a great guy. Great driving instructor as well.

Except for when he makes you drive off track during a warm up lap. ;o)

These are called "Rally driving skills" :-) No problem in an Audi, but more exiting in a Porsche ;-)
