Torque limit on chipping tip AR

Torque limit on chipping tip AR
When chipping AR2.7 tip, there seems to be limited torque programming involved for the tip. What I have seen is that this limit is barely above the stock torque. So, those of you who have such a car, does the chipping really make a noticeable difference with limited torque increase?
