Torsen centre diff

Has anyone tried to override the power distribution of the center diff. Can you adjust the power split manually through VAG? It would be nice to be able to send max power to the rears or the fronts when you want. What have you guys tried?

you should be able to permanently change it by swapping in a Stasis 4:1

center diff unit.

Its a mechanical diff so any change is permanent...

I think the power split can be changed by swapping out the rollers (probably the wrong term) for ones of a different pitch. Search the web for a description of a torsen diff operation. This does not allow the on the fly power distribution selection that your post suggests you desire.
