Have you seen the V70/V70R cover? Looks like a growth that needs to be removed!!

Default I sincerely doubt it was made by them

I live 20 miles or so from them, and have had several of their hitches on my Chevy's over the years. They are probably one of the largest trailer hitch manufacturers in California; if not the largest.

All I see on their application list is a class 1 hitch, which is the crap bolt up type. Unless they really did make it and have some type of non-competing agreement with Audi, I still think it was probably made by someone in Europe. But I could be wrong.

If someone is willing to call them and check, maybe they'll get lucky. But if they didn't make it and are willing to, I'd be willing to donate my time and hitch to the cause if someone wants to follow-up with them on making one using mine as a model.

That would be great. The hitch guy is in Addison just above North Ave off 53, so not far away. Maybe we can just take it over to him to look at and measure?
