Default Tying/bungee rear hatch

Twice I've been hauling things around in the allroad and have been unable to fully close the hatch -- Anyone have suggestions for tying or using bungee cords to secure it -- there is nothing on the hatch to hook onto.

Push the hook of the bungee into the latch itself until it clicks shut.

Push it into the dog toe eating latch, got that, but where to hook it on the rear hatch?

Default One hook goes through the loop in the toe eater. The other hook pushes into

the grabber/pincher thingy in the rear hatch, which would normally think it is grabbing the loop in the toe eater.

Funny terminology.

Default You could also remove one of the rubber drain plugs

in the bottom edge of the hatch.

Look for 3 rectangular rubber plugs along the bottom edge. You can pull these out and try to snake a (small) hook into into the hole.

Not the best solution though. The hook could snake out.

I meant the latch of the hatch not the floor. Unlock hatch to release bungee when done.
