uh...
talked to my lawyer, who is going over my gripe. its going to be weds or thursday before he can get involved.
meanwhile, service writer announced today they replaced the last component of the ailing suspension, the left lower control arm, and the popping sound is now gone.
with my lawyer mia till later this week, I don't know if I should exchange my loaner car for my supposedly "fixed" AR. damage has been done, worst thing that can happen is I put a few miles on it before I settle this thing out. thoughts?

STAY INCOMMUNICATTO... continued...
do nothing...(computer crashed)
If you pick up the car it may imply all is OK. (I'm not sure but..) If you talk with them it can lead to arrgument and confussion of the issues.
If you get a call from anyone and happen to take the call. Tell them that you are working with a lawyer and that his number is ___ and any convoersation should be through him.
Silence is golden...

service manager is on my side
he's actually encouraging me to get the dealer to refund my money.
Its the service manager who keeps thinking it's fixed. Last week, when he pronounced it fixed, I test drove it, popping sound was still there, and the service writer had to take the butthead for a test drive himself.
It doesn't matter to me if they've "fixed it." It doesn't change the fact they misrepresented the car.
