I noticed that the bushing on one of the upper control arms is cracked and the arm is loose. I have had a vibration, could this be cause?

Also, can just the bushing be replaced or do you have to replace the entire arm?

May cause vibration but doubtful you can replace just the bushing but probably should replace whole arm because the ball joints wear out too.
