I've replaced with a raxle, then swamped back to the original axle, with no change in symptoms

Default I had a bad passenger-side inner CV - slightly different symptoms

Vibration intensity was the same in all level settings when going straight.

When at level 1, it was more pronounced when turning in one direction (I forget which way). Then in level 4, more pronounced turning the opposite direction.

Regardless, there was always a vibration when going straight but noticeably worse when turning.

And always only under throttle. No gas = no vibration.

Grab each of the axles and wiggle. Any play on inside or outside CVs?

Default I remember somebody's post about noticing his steering rack bolts were extremely loose. A

possibility? These bolts seem to be accessed under the area where the battery sits. Could've been the a6 forum btw.

Default Let me clarify some things...

The raxle was put in, no change to the symptoms.
The old axle was put back in, no change to the symptoms.
The bearings on both sides have been replaced.
The tie rod end was replaced, then the entire tie rod assembly was replaced.
The pinch bolts are new, the tie rod bolts are new.
Both front rotors were replaced, and both pad sets.
The tires have been rotated and driven on each wheel, with no difference.
The wheels are true.

The only things I can think of as possibilities:

402 height might be way off?
Steering Rack bolts might be loose?

This all started because of a busted CV boot, and grease build up in the wheel resulting in mild high speed wheel vibe, but after the repair work started, the symptoms changed, the vib starts as early as 5 mph and is most noticable with windows up at 20-30 mph...

I'm at a loss, dealer doesn't know, indy doesn't know, and the indy has had my car on his rack and had everyone test drive it many times, and nobody can figure it out.
