Well... I think my antifouler trick for the piggies is not working.
I just threw a second CEL. PO141/31 - The code reads warm up cat below threshold. I can only assume that it's the piggies.
Can anyone confirm this or does anyone have any suggestions? I've heard of using lemmiwinks for tweaking but I'm not familiar with it, at all.
If no solution can be found then I might have to weld new bungs.

Try a tank or two of 89. All Audi's seem to be sensitve to a stedy diet of premium. It
wiil cause the secondary O2's to throw codes. I have seen this repeatedly. Even on my own car I have had this come and go. Within a month of steady 92-93, the cat codes throw. I have stock downpipes and cats, as do many of my customers. I clear the code, and tell them to alternate tankfulls, 1 89 to 2 92-93. Not the best answer but easy. Currently I have told Revo of the problem, and they have tweaked the 2.7 code a few times. The current version gets very good mileage, and very good performance. It should be available soon. If your GIAC or APR the gas switching should do it, it works on stock cars throwing the code. Audi has a revised engine code that raises the limits for the threshold to set the code, but it overwrites the ecu so your tuning would be gone.
