15-17.5 psi on 93 octaine.

that sucks, im getting 2450mbar on a stockhomebrew program.

23 psi is about perfect on these turbos, ive ran almost 25/27 psi on my TT for the last few years, no issues.

Ridiculous! 2450mbar is 35.5 psi. I don't believe that K03's will produce that and an un-built engine can't withstand it.

Normal boost on a chipped engine is about 1.2 bar which is about 25 psi. Anything much higher than that and you're looking at a high probability of very expensive repairs.

Just for clarity, bar is a measurement based on atmospheric pressure. Therefore 1 bar = 1 atmosphere which corresponds to 14.504 psi. So, 1500mbar is 1.5 bar which is 0.5 bar over atmospheric pressure or 21.7575 psi.

yup, and map sensor will only read up to 2540 mbar on the map.

the more important feild to watch is mb 204 feild 2 and 3. and yes, there is a basic setting procdure for this mb. login with 45678 first, then stop around for 15 minuets in basic settings 204,.

107 is for fuel to by the way. a good one to do.

and mb in the 90's control the vvt, just use the brake pedal and the hit the gas, then the test will apear on, and just wait untill its done.

there is a bunch of stock tweaking that can go on in basic settings mode to make the car run faster 0-60 then even with a chip,.

by the way, the best thing to do is drive on the highway for 50miles with the car in basic settings 99.
