Whats a reasonable discount from MSRP on a 2002 leftover still in dealer stock?

Last weekend...
...my dealership in Albuquerque was having a "$500 over invoice" sale on all remaining 2002s. (This included not only Audis but Mercedes and Porsches as well.) So there seems to be a push to get rid of these cars.
You can find "invoice" pricing via Edmunds or one of the other standard sites and take it from there.

I bought a 2002 in late December for....
Black AR with all the option minus nav and telmatics for 700 over invoice. Recently this has been traded for an S6, due to some issues with the AR. It only had 2600 miles on the clock.

Didn't ask the price, to tell the truth, but...
...they did have a couple sitting there, a black one and a really pretty silverish-copper (I think) one. Premier Motorcars in Albuquerque.

$1000 under invoice
in December, here in SoCal for a Silver '02 everything except tire press monitor, rear airbags and nav. (and the 600 extra from audi for loyalty made it 1600 under invoice!!!!).
Cheers!

If you get one...
I get dibs on the first ride!
(Well ok... maybe you have some friends/family who might get jealous... but put me on the list, somewhere near the bottom. ;-)

You got it dude....
I'm just toying with the idea right now. Since I don't put all that many miles on my cars generally, I'm trying to decide if it's really worth it to have another toy. The last one only had 14k/mi on it after 5 years!
Hey, all us Bay Area people should get together sometime :-)

Yeah, we should...
have a Bay Area allroad get together, that is. From what I gather, there are some fairly trick allroads around here. I need to see them, and their people in person! =)
