First most are wise enough not to tow over the max cap.
Second, your going to want a tow pack to get the most all around use out of the ar and time and cost installing one could be up there. Unless you can do it your self.
I'm may be the only person that has realy towed something at or maybe just over the 3500 lbs, and only once and for only 200 miles. The ar did this with out any sign of strain.

I was pleasantly surprised to find the tow-pack set up...
...when I got car in June. I got a hitch and ball on ebay for $45. No more borrowing friends' trucks to pull a trailer. I am cpo so am not worried about problems regarding prior owner.
