There might be a good reason for this (buried under HV components). Hopefully this isn't Audi trying to make money on EV servicing.
Seems like "registering" new batteries is required in new cars so maybe that's what they mean by serviceable only by the dealer - anyway, looks like a new revenue opportunity.

I've searched pretty extensively with no results (except a cool, unrelated, article on soundproofing I've linked below). No cutaway shows it. In reviewing some videos of the interior and under hood areas, I've seen no obvious clues. By process of elimination, I would speculate that it is in the right underfloor compartment in the cargo area next to what appears to be a subwoofer. I originally thought that the shape was wrong, but ted99's speculation that it could be a different design/form factor seems to make it more plausible. Yes, only serviceable by dealer, but not buried too deep.

On a related note, does anyone know if there's a 12 volt fuse block under the dash where i can hardware my radar detector??

I've looked through the manual a couple times and was unable to find a reference to the 12v battery location. Do you have a reference?
