AC not working
I have a 2019 Etron
past month of so I noticed auxiliary air conditioning has been grayed out
The warmth finally hit Toronto so we tried the Ac and will not turn on
any suggestions?

We bought a 2019 from an Audi dealership in Feb. A couple days later we noticed that the AC wasn't working during when the weather warmed up. The AC light would not stay on, and when it turned itself off, you'd have to pull over, turn the car off and back on again. It would run on normal mode for about 30 seconds and then turn itself off again. In eco mode it would run longer, like maybe 60-90 seconds but it would turn itself off too. The MMI indicated that there was a malfunction for auxilliary cooling similar to what you're seeing I think. We took it back to the dealer and they diagnosed it was low on refrigerant due to a leak in the evaporator in the dash (which is a dash out, windshield out job to replace).
If that's what it is it's kinda crazy because there is a TSB that covers it for practically all of Audi's lineup - leak at the evaporator core. The e-tron was also on this TSB originally and then removed in a later revision of the same doc. Dealership took care of it all and according to the invoice, it was about a 12 hour job with about $500 worth of parts.

just got it back today 10 days later
pressure switch in the AC line $150 part $550 labor
$208 diagnose fee
under the frunk broke trim push tabs $138 (I declined)
marked the plastic of the Frunk and broke foam the hold jack and tools $1300 (I declined)
I was going to give a piece of my mind but just didn't want to aggravate me and get nowhere
very very disappointed with Audi service
10 days and try to charge more in $hit you broke taking apart my car then the actual issue
paid my $1030 not happy at all

Ridiculous. Glad you got your ac fixed but I understand your frustration. Our dealer left off about 10 different fasteners around the dash and a few missing push pins and marred the plastic trim under the hood. I am surprised anyone would break any of the plastic under the hood, it is super easy to remove.
