A/C Error?

He wanted me to come get the car until the part comes in, but since we are having 100+ degree weather all week (heat index) I told him I'll just pick it up later in the week when it is fixed.
Three. Month. Old. Car. And no loaners for me to use. The honeymoon is over.
question for those of you also with the issue….. Did any of you have the mildew/sulfur smell when you first start your car? I’ve had mine in the shop multiple times for the smell that’s been well documented here and I’m wondering if these issues are related?
Came back here to update my repair situation. Not to happy with my local Audi shop. Dropped off last Monday for the 8AM Tue appointment (I couldn't bring it in Tue AM and they said dropping it Monday afternoon was fine).
They identified AC pressure switch Tuesday morning. Said part should be here in 2-3 days. They would call me Wednesday morning if the part was backordered.
No call Wed so, yay, get my e-tron back in a few days. I called them Friday morning to see what was up and when I could pick up my car. They said the part never came in on Thursday, but it should arrive that day, and they would get it replaced and I could come pick it up later that day. Never got a call Friday. I was out of town and didn't have time to follow up.
Saturday morning I call and they tell me the part is backordered. No ETA. Could be a week, could be over a month. I couldn't get a ride there before closing so had to wait until Monday morning to pick it up. They said no problem, they would put it in the shop overnight for safe keeping. I happened to drive by the dealership at 8:30 pm that night and saw my car sitting out in the parking lot. They never moved it in like they said they would.
All this time I asked about loaners 3x, and the first couple times they hem-hawed around. Third time they said no loaners were available.
Also, how would they not know the part was backordered immediately on Tuesday? Why did it take 4 days to figure this out?
And, why is this such a common problem on the 2021 Audi's for the AC pressure switch to go out?

One of the things I have never understood is why my indy's used to be able to create really fast reports with photos that I would get throughout the day, but my dealer service thought that was a bridge too far. My local Audi Service in the States had said that they were getting ready to implement a photo reporting system. I never saw it as my car never needed servicing.
I only noticed this because I was semi-deep cleaning the inside of the car and started to get hot, so tried to turn on the aux AC and got the "Auxiliary air conditioning could not be turned on due to a malfunction."
My econo-car Hyundai has been issue free with 20k+ miles than this German-engineered technical marvel that gets driven barely 300mi/month lol

Bringing Audi to Life for Audi Fans
When I had mine replaced the service rep told me the part was on it's fifth revision (as of Oct 2021) which told him Audi has had a lot of problems with this part. I can't recall, but there are at least 3 different pressure switches in the e-tron, maybe even 4 or 5 total. So the likelihood of your A/C going out more than once is pretty high.
