Nagging Issues

I have had my etron for 1.5 yrs now, rarely used washers but every time I have used it it's like petering out on to the windshield. It's still under warranty so thought might as well ask the dealership to look at it. Thought it must be a clog. They called me saying they have to remove the bumper to look at the reservoir. Anyone else had this done by the dealer?
