ED MF and MSRP for lease calculations

ED MF and MSRP for lease calculations
Hey folks.
2 quick questions if you'll please:
- Will AFS use the same MF's and Residuals for ED as for US delivered units? (ie BMWFS uses same MF but adds .0003 and the residual is unchanged)
- When calculating lease, does AFS base the residual off the US MSRP or the ED MSRP?
(BMWFS bases residual off the full US msrp thus the true value of leasing the car via ED is realized)
