Thanks for the wash details, sounds like a "definite MUST do" before drop off..
Anything to minimize scratches too. One thing that has sort of worried me is that European Delivery cars don't seem to get the plastic covering or OEM Audi covers that the factory shipped cars do. Did you see that as any problem?
I wrote an email to the German drop off points and it appears that they identified this as the shipping address from Germany to the U.S. in case anyone is interested:
