There's some resistance checks you can do.
But really the best way to check it is on a scope to find any dead spots. Basically only a mechanic will have this. Why do you suspect it?

I wasn't suspecting anything. I just cleaned the IAT sensor and since I was cleaning things
I thought that I might as well clean anything else that could make me and the car happier, just being ****. I am putting new O2 sensor and I just put new plugs.
Do you think I should clean any thing else?

I think you should clean that link out of your sig....
There's nothing to clean on the TPS. It either works or it doesn't.
You could clean the actual inside of the throttle body valve and lube the bearings but the electrical position sensor itself is contained. I'd just leave it be.

MAF, that's about it. I'd be darn careful to use the right cleaning solution (MAF cleaner)
and be VERY careful. Those wires in there are super fragile. You could end up doing more harm than anything by messing with it.
