Default 1 UrS6. Two children. One Spousal Unit. 320 miles. 30 box of White castle Burgers.

Avg Speed 68mph, including stop for said burgers.

Put the Ur away for winter today, but it got a good solid run Saturday.

I think I shall like this car.

Default One of my (sober) friends offered to drive us to white castle one night after drinking

We came very close. Only problem was that we were in CT.

Default Thats what we called them when I lived in Detroit

Although I never ate there. I always ended up at Lafayette Coney Island downtown when I went looking for cheap food that was bad for ya. Or any one of your other delectable Coney Island spots.

Default Coney's are good post-bar food, but nothing beats a greasy mini burger cooked w/ onions

The non-franchise places like Green's, Bray's or Telway are much better than White Castle, but when you're still loaded a sack of greasy burger from anywhere will do the trick.

Lafayette is a solid 2nd choice for me. I used to go on an anual pub crawl that had it's last stop there. A true Detroit landmark.

Default Speaking of Detroit, you ever get down to Cass Corridor?

We used to go to a Bar called Alvins of Detroit, great place.

Default Never been to Alvins, but The Old Miami was an occasional hangout in college

The chapter of my fraternity at Wayne State has a house at Cass and Alexandrine. Great neighborhood! Nothing like walking out to your car and getting offered crack or a $5 BJ after a party.
