Saw a 1995 S6 for sale in the Province newspaper, looked like a N. Van tel #. Asking $24,900 (CAD). No affliation just passing along. I'll get the tel# if anybody wants. UrS4boy, is this one of "ours"?

rather like to find a local Vancouver buyer so the car does become one of the Vancouver S-car clubs. At $24,900, even Canadian, I think the car is too expensive for us or our American brothers. I would not be surprized to find that the car didn't sell. The price is not realistic - unless it is totally, totally, immaculate and fully modded (RS2 equipped).

I did the math on buying Not a Benz's RS2-equipped US S-car and starting at US$18,000, after exchange, duties, taxes, etc. I ended up at about $CDN 27,000. I thought we could do better here.

Could I step into a 95-97 with say 150k for under $20k?

And is the price different in each region? I'm in Kitchener/Waterloo, ON. When I was pricing out 92 Passat syncro's, anything selling west of ON sold for a few grand more, due to availability.

Of course this depends on condition, mileage, number of owners, etc. I believe that BC cars demand a higher price due to the mild weather and the lack of supply.
