conversion talk. A few people are going to try it (One guy already has). And I want to share the different results, solutions, etc. people are getting.

Do I contact the mods or what?

Why not do it here? It is pertinent to our cars.

But also the early V6 cars. Not just the AAN engines.

Default The early V6 cars very rarely have POS or coil pack failures, comparatively speaking. Do it here.

More relevant to our cars for sure.

Default Dave, I noticed you posted on some of the other forums as well. A thought:

The early C5's (at least through 99) have remote coils. AFAIK, reliability has been near 100%, but those cars are, of course, much younger than ours. Those folks might eventually benefit as well.

Default So I am finding out. I contacted Mance and he has replied with photos of his...

12V conversion from the two POS, three coil wasted spark system to indvidual coil packs. Way different than ours. It would be confusing. I'll keep it here or on Audifans Knowledgebase.

Jason Teller from AW has not responded to my email (yet).

I think the 12V only has one POS, right?
