Anyone got a stealthy subwoofer?
I want to put one in the trunk somewhere, giving up as little cargo space as possible, and being as stealthy as possible. Looking for ideas...

I don't know about stealthy mounting... but I use an 8" Rockford DVC in my daily driver.
It's very very small, and provides great sound quality. It has no "ghetto thump" though if that's wha tyou're after.

Get image dynamics
I have two high quality image dynamic subs that are mounted behind the rear seat on the rear shelf in the trunk. I have the IDQ series. I think they make a better series as well. Anyhow, I run a high quality alpine amp and it is very clear and crisp and pretty stealthy. I think you could get away with one sub--but I have two because I like to thump if I want--but it sounds great with jazz too. Anyhow, just my two cents. The guys who did the installation work set it up so that it fired to the rear of the tailgate and made the boxes fit exactly underneath the rear shelf--so that it would help the structural rigidity of the larger trunk enclosure.
I know there are lots of good subs out there. But, I'm really happy with the image dynamic idq10 set-up I have.

Boston ProSeries uses
about the smallest sealed volume I've seen. First project was with a 8.4LF which is adequate for fill, currently running a single 10. More than enough with good, clean power.
