Anyone let their wife / girlfriend / partner drive your car?

It's really different.
There's no rush of torque in the mid-RPM range. But it also doesn't trade-off responsiveness for high RPM power like a turbo. It's instant on and keeps building all the way to red line. The blower just makes it feel like a bigger engine.
My chipped AAN gets away from it in an acceleration test. But the supercharger was way more drivable at a recent autocross.

I'd probably let her, but she would never trust herself with it
She knows i am **** about my cars, but she still hasn't grasped the idea that i know **** happends and it isn't always someone fault. I'm still perfecting her teachings on how to drive a stick (i started with my old VW fox, 3 years ago; it continues with my mom's Jeep Wrangler, the easiest stick ever). She's gettting pretty good, but doesn't understand totally what everything does (like why she has to push in the clutch when stoped, and why not when in neutral). She will eventually get it...
I do trust my dad and my mom to drive my car if they'd want (my dad loves my car). But, pretty much i am the only who drives my car. I trust very few people, and defently no valet drivers!

I let my girlfriend drive my car whenever she wants... She has an '04 Jetta manual and has had manual equipped cars for years. She did mention that the clutch was a lot stiffer in the S6 but had more feel than the on/off feel of the clutch in her car.
I've let my friends that wanted to drive the car as long as I was in it. All seem to have a lot more respect for the "station wagon" after they've had a chance to drive it.
