APR snub mount questions
I am getting ready to order new front sway bar bushings, trany mounts, and engine mounts. Someone who has installed the APR mounts please describe the actual difference and the way it feels at idle, through the steering wheel, on exceleration or any other ....I just don't know if I should order O.E. or not. Also does anyone have any info on the other bushings (other options) or know of a good cheap place to buy them. These are the last bushings I need to replace and I'm sure if I do them all at the same time it's going to feel GREAT!!! Naaah what I'm sayin.
Thanks to my Audi Brothas

Here you go:
There is one mount, in the front. Idle feels the same. The big difference is during shifting; the engine feels very firm and solid and there appears to be very little movement whereas before, there was a perceptible clunk and looseness. Putting it on took literally 15-20 minutes. A vise is helpful when shoving it onto the metal cylinder. This is the black one, the part number that ends in 001. I also did tranny mounts; those helped a bit too. HTH

We put an APR snub in Greg's car...
It's a simple procedure.
No vibrations issues at idle or under acceleration.
He really likes it.
Cheap, good upgrade. Do it.
