Remember that the brown Hitachi 351 V6 POSs will work in the short term.

I've got one 'brownie' and one Bosch now and plugs don't seem to show any diff between cyl.

Having just enough electronics to be dangerous, knowing that a POS is just a triple-darlington stack of power transistors, I'm not sure why Hitachi couldn't make a fine replacement, unless we have some collective experience otherwise? No reputation for the brown ones to fail in V6 applications, right?
