Default Beware, False promises when you order online from shady firms, like the Partsbin.com

I was told CPS will be here today if I pay overnight shipping fees. I asked twice and was double assured. Friday for sure. A while ago, I receive and e-mail that says your part is packaged and ready to leave. I called the service dept. What the heck? Supervisor informs me that I will not get the part till Tuesday.

He says all the information is on the website. I argue that you don't read the website shipping details when you are talking with someone online and they double assure you twice that you will have it tomorrow.

He offered me 2 choices:
1. Get it on Tuesday
2. Cancel the order

As a phony gesture, I was told the person who told me this will no longer have a job. I said I don't want the person to loose their job. I just want what I was promised and paid for.

No offer to remove the overnight fees even when I asked.

What a piece of crap.

I could have ordered from the dealer early today, and received it on Monday. Our local dealer offers 10% discount on parts for TAG members. Crappola

Now I am afraid to cancel the order and some other hidden charges to arise. I am screwed. the only transportation I have is dead.

Default Do you even know what your installation problem was? Why spend so much money for a $20 part?

You need to give yourself a time out.

You are not taking enough time on these jobs and then you are trying to solve them by spending more money. There is no reason why the $20 BB Automacao CPS should not have worked. Spending $250 for an OE part is just a waste of $230 dollars, better spent elsewhere.

Default Re: Wahhab, your biggest problem is your attitude right now. Take a deep breath and relax!

Just cash the check.

I haven't rushed to open the car back up since their is no parts. to fix it, and the car is sitting in my drive way. It is hot like hell out there. No need to sweat and might as well get some time in with the new contacts.

I don't want to open the timing belt and hook it on the hood and then have some kid come and close the hood on me and screw galorly.

These are the reasons for the delay. Believe me I want more than anything to find out what went wrong.
