Debadging

Debadging
I'm looking to debadge the rear of my S6. The red around the Audi rings is fading and i think it would be cleaner to take off the badge entirely. What is the best way to go about doing this?

I just removed my rear last night to install S6+
The stupid body shop that repainted the trunk last year installed the S6 rear badge upside down (at least it said '95').
I used a hair dryer and preyed it off with a plastic (non-stick) spatula. Then used laquer thinner to remove the adhesive (of course I found my goo-gone right after that).
I had 30lb test mono fishing line in case the spatula didn't work but didn't need it.
I used specifications provided by shaun in a old post in order to determine correct placement of the S6+ badge.
I have the one-year old S6 badge on audifans (plug).
