Default Bentley describes this as a "cover"
This is a plastic cover that covers the fuel injectors.

I refer to that as the "fuel rail cover" but I don't know "officially" They crack all the time.

No... but if you want it to be "complete" NEA in concord has a nice aluminum replacement.
