Front bumper question

Anyone know if the S4 front bumper cover will fit correctly on the reinforcment bar from the same vintage 100?

If may fit correctly, but S4 has wider fender flares than 100, so it won't match up...

but will possibly fit, it might just look strange.

Yes, the covers are different, I am asking about the support structure underneath
