yes it was, I had my doubts before looking and test driving the car personally. But it ended up being very clean and well maintained, also came with a very large stack of paperwork from the dealer. All it needed was a few minor things, PS window switch, thermostat stuck open and overhead console needed to be put back together. Other than those, the car idles great and rides beautifully, tires (Kumho) were only 6 months old and came with all 3 keys!
Already installed my old Forge splitter DV in it, also have a set of HID's from DDM tuning coming end of the week.

Not sure how a Forge "splitter" diverter valve works but if it dumps air to atmosphere, you're ECU won't be happy about the missing metered air and you will have puffs of rich-running between shifts.

that's the beauty of the splitter DV, you can either have it "atmospheric" with a horn or "recirculate" back in the intake with a cap. Right now I have recirculating.

Congrats. Looks to be in really nice condition, and a lot like my '95 which I found nearby
in Longmont in '09. Feel free to post more pics :-)
What was the price if you don't mind me asking?
It looks like a stock '95 ...if you're looking for a bit more performance, a stage 1+
chip and a few silicone hoses does wonders. Also, check the PCV system under
the intake manifold. If original, the 'tee' hose is likely blown, which is a boost leak.
Cheers

I found Dave's PCV article on qw: quattroworld.com Forums: UrS4/UrS6/S2/RS2
(Thank you as always)
Tangentially - my car (and other stock UrS4/6 I've seen in videos) sometimes emits a short of squeaking/whistling noise during acceleration that goes away as the rpms climb. To hear it I need to have the windows down or be standing outside of the car as someone else accelerates away. Hard to know how normal it is since I never see other Ur-car owners.

Thnx for the info. I just checked my PCV lines/hoses and they are in good condition.
The previous owner was asking $6500 for the car but I talked him down to $5k, (it helps too when you bring cold hard cash) because it needed small things like all the bulbs in the cluster, P/S window switch and a t-stat. Other than those it drives great. It's gonna need a new V/C gasket soon prolly will replace that when the weather gets a little warmer and the same time I'm gonna paint the valve cover wrinkle black and the coil cover wrinkle red. As of right now since it's winter I'm gonna enjoy this quattro for the winter time.
Some more pics:
Just installed a set of 6k HID kit from DDM tuning and 3k fog bulbs
Gonna pay off the rest of my CC during the winter time so when spring time comes around, I'll be upgrading to Stg 1+ from EFI Express and the Fuel Pump Relay kit from 034 Motorsport.

034 has a nice silicone 'tee' hose for ~$15, and a fancy bleeder valve thats a bit controversial as to whether its a good replacement or not for the OEM version. I have one but haven't installed it. Dave's PCV writeup is great, and you can see my blown 'tee' hose circled in the picture well down the page. I'll include a pic of the 034 replacement parts. Its not too difficult to get to if you move a couple hoses out of the way. When I replaced mine I could certainly tell a difference in my boost and it spooled up quicker.
Thanks for the extra pics. Looks to be in good shape, esp the exterior. Things appear pretty much stock under the hood. I have an MTM 1+ chip and my original "tee" hose was blown badly in 2 places, which you can see in Dave's picture. If you chip up keep an eye on yours.
Enjoy the new ride and have fun fixing it up. Save a little $ for unexpected things but there's all kinds of stuff you can do to improve it.
