Hey Dave, is there a procedure already online for
pressurizing the intake and testing for boost leaks? I looked in the FAQs, but didn't see anything...just wondering if someone has already put something together or not?

No but if you STFA on "pressure testing" you get 62 hits, including the one inside:
I built a plug much the same for the turbo end. I used a tin can for the TB end. I advocate plugging both the ISV and the cam cover vent using wine or champagne corks (and clamps). Don't go over 20 psi. Soapy water spray on some joints would blow bubbles were there are leaks.

A pressure testing procedure with a photo of the main plug
