just like other cars.
Set your heater control to heat to open the heater core.
Open the cap on your coolant reservior and remove the bolt plug on the top of the radiator(if you have one)
Release a hoseclamp on the drain line at the bottom of the radiator. The coolant will come spewing out into a container.
There will always be water trapped in the block but thats nothing to worry about.

Just did this same repair on both of mine...
Don't go to the bother of draining it all at the radiator. Do this instead:
1. Get a funnel and a piece of plastic drainpipe (like what is under your kitchen sink works perfectly, about 18" is perfect)
2. Duct tape them together
3. Get a plastic pan (Like a large rubbermaid storage container or a cat litter pan. Make sure they are clean.
4. Put the pan under the car. Put the funnel contraption under the aux water pump.
5. Pull off the lower hose first. Hold it into the funnel. A lot of coolant will come out but it will all go into the funnel and from there into your catch pan
6. Do the same with the upper hose. Much less coolant will come out
7. Unplug the sensor and remove the old pump. It just slides out to the rear. Be careful not to kink the hoses too bad while you are holding them out of the way.
8. Reassemble in opposite order. Put all the coolant that you saved in the catchpan back into the reservoir. Start it up and watch the level, you will probably need to add some coolant/distilled water as some has been leaking from your pupm and you will probably have splashed some in steps 5 and 6.
Enjoy,
