I searched high and low for this before actually doing it myself. So I figured I would share the info that i have found in doing it myself.

Here is my schematic that i drew up. Works perfect no issues at all!!!

The flat 4 trailer connecter requires you to connect the brake light and the turn signal to the same wire. Doing this resulted in every time i would push the brake it would light the turn signals and vise-versa. I fixed this by going to radio shack and picking up four 6amp diodes.
