Default I missed the boat
Got an email from the UrS4 in West Lafayette that I posted about last week, its now sold to somebody in Chicago. I appreciated his email and really couldnt see how I could pull it off, money wise. I probably wont find a deal like that for quite a while, but Im pretty patient.

Looks like its another 4kq or QSW for the time being for me....
