Default I was thinking about what to do about the two dimples in the center and the europlate outlines

I had thought about filling the dimples, sanding off the plate outlines, primering and painting it trim black. However when I spoke to a friend that owns a body shop he recommended making a filler plate out of metal and painting that saying that it would be easier to get a really nice finish on it. I think this is what I am going to do since I know I will be pissed if I paint it and it does something weird to the plastic or I mess it up. At least with a filler panel I can just start over if it does not turn out perfect. Did you ever do anything about it or if you have'nt yet do you plan on it?.

Default Truthfully black is probably my favorite too

Here is my 67 Riv. I gotta say the really nice thing about silver is that it is easy to take care of and it doe'snt show all the little imperfections like the darker colors. Sometimes I wish both our Audis were black, especially the wagon which is green. What sucks about the green is that its all the trouble to keep nice like black but its green =(.

Default Heres my D99 Black Classic :-)

69 Continental, 34k Original Miles, Black on Black Glove Leather, Wheels might not be of everyone else's likings, but I think they fit the car perfectly.

Default Im doing the same thing on my S6+ piece, painting a metal piece to be body colored...

I will also inset my license plate a touch as well. I think it should look pretty good. Depending on who gets around to it first, maybe making two is in order :-)

That is a great looking car. I have always liked the suicide doors on the Continental.
