This is like X-mas, my car gave itself a 500 dollar repair this morning!
I was told that the motor that controls defrost-vent-floor had broken and was stuck on vent. This was early spring and I figured until it gets cold again who cares. 29 degrees this morning, hit the defrost button for the hell of it and boom, about a pound of shredded pine needles and, nutty looking tree fallings came flying out and it started working.
