Putting in new coils. Yellow wire to brown? Black to black?
My old coils have 2 black wires (maybe one is really dark brown. One of my coils has a yellow wire spliced to a black wire.

yes. The black one goes to the POS and the yellow to the connector
at the firewall.
You will see that it is actually yellow, but faded over the years.
