Default Seat back angle on pass. side won't adjust, confused on seat operation...

The seat back angle on the passenger side won't adjust, so I pulled the connector and put a multimeter on it. No voltage, so I figured the switch was bad. I also tested I working seat function and saw some voltage, just to check. I got a used switch from Force5 (thanks) and installed it with no luck. After that, got to thinking and the seat back motor and fore/aft motor and up and down motors are all just two wire (+ and -), so the memory module doesn't know the actual position of the seat motors. The module must remember motor movements? So, still not seeing voltage to seat back angle motor, and am confused as the operation of the seats. Any ideas or help would be appreciated. I assume that there is only one set of power and ground to the seat switch and then it supplies to the individual motors from there? From etka (sp?) I think there is a couple of modules that drive the seats, could one of these be bad? Is there multiple fuses? Thanks in advance.
