Default steering vibration at high speed?

the symptom like when I drive the car at over 120kph.I feel like the steering wheel is vibrating but that not much to be noticed when leave the hands off.it feels like you're holding the hands on the small vibrator or bent wheel or the car is running through the rough road.I don't know if it's natural for the C4 car to feel everything on the road.recently,I replaced the new tyres, steering dampener, boths F.inner CV joints.the suspension is tight.
the rotor discs, pads had 6,000 miles on it(OK,I also have some slightly steering vibration too when braking.).I have 2Bennett camber plates on the strut.
most of the suspension related stuffs are almost new except the F. wheel bearing.I heard some hum noise at 100kph but not sure it's from somewhere else.Could the bad wheel bearing cause this strange vibration.the symptom is just annoying me and feel not right when I drive the car at higher speed.my rims is well balanced.no bent at all.the symptom happended
on both 19' rims and 16' Avus.So I'd write the rims and tyres off.the vibration is not feel obvious inside the car, center console.I don't think it's from the driveline.Last time I checked on the center support.she was still great. Can the pre-load adjust on the rack helps on this?

Default balance your wheels for start or rotate them front to back

if you get pulsation in the steering wheel when braking your rotors are probably warped....usualy that happens when you overheat them(hard braking at high speed) or overtightening the wheels...do you torque the lug nuts?

Default How high of speed do tire places test to???

On the balancing machine?

Mine ride smooth a silk up to about 80 mph. Above 80 I start getting a vibration. I don't know if it's the wheel balance, the tires, or soemthing else.
