Default Suggestion on coil over rates and where to buy?

I have a coil over setup from 2Bennett. The spring rates are very firm 380f/450r. Any suggestions on spring rates that you have tried? How about where to buy them? I know Summit racing has them but I would prefer progressive rates.

Default Streetable

It may be that they are just adjusted too low and are bottoming out. I just got the car and live outside of Boston and the roads here suck although I drive carefully and take my other Audi to the city. I am having issues with it bottoming out hard in the front. Sounds like hitting a pothole with a flat tire. I just hit the ground control website and it suggests the car may be too low. I'm going to try raising it tomorrow and see if it's better. I don't mind the firm ride but when it hits hard passengers say "OHHH! That didn't sound good"

Default I'm running 8x340 F and 9x315 R but am probably using different shocks + different car

I Have Spax Adjustables currently adjusted fully stiff in front and 65% in rear but also have the car quite low.

There's very little room left at this ride height and I think the suspension does bottom out ocassionally. I haven't done much research into it but I am thinking that a stiffer spring may be the solution actually, it would stiffen the ride up but hopefully prevent the shock from reaching the end of its travel; maybe 425 F and 350 R. Current weight is about 2500lbs. I have not really looked into where to source 2.5" springs recently though.
