I got a really good deal on them. My friend installed them. He works at a BMW dealership, he cursed them for an hour after he was done. He says they are the stiffest sidewall tire he's ever put on. This is coming from a guy who regularly puts on 18's and 19's. I don't have too many miles on them. The car is still in storage. First impression, tons of grip, very stiff sidewall, but yet very liveable.

I run Toyo T1Ss in 245-40/17 on 17x8 OZ Superleggeras. The rims are pretty light at 16 lbs and these tires besides being a great performance tire are the lightest things out there. They just did a group buy on the Rockymountain list and I got a set for $152 ea mounted and balanced. Did you ever get up to Dave's house to fix that leak?
