Suspension, questions.

Suspension, questions.
So my new s6 avant is running on factory springs, needless the say the ride is on the 'soft' side. I see H&R makes sport springs for the avant, which is good. I'm looking at shocks and i see the bilstein sports, which i assume would work fine.
Now my question is other than the springs and struts, what else should i refresh while i'm under there.

bumpstops in the rear, upper front strut mounts and bearings, maybe dust boots if they're cracking
also, depending on how much you lower it, you may need to redrill your stock front lower strut mounts, to get the camber numbers into an acceptable range. STFA, the topic has been covered quite a bit

Beyond shocks and springs,,,

To quote Mike Pederson "the most significant suspension mod you can make is the HRSB". And that was someone with Bilstein Sports and Eibach springs and he already had the factory 17mm bar on his S4 saloon.
Hap, wit dakine Mikey quotes not from Evahboost, Maguire

don't forget control arms, sub-frame bushings, tie rod ends, tranny mounts....
worn motor mounts, and pretty much everything else under the car that's rubber. big 2nd on redrilling the upper strut mounts, or camberplates.

Bilstein front struts have an internal bumpstop, the OE ones are not required.
The rear uses the OEM ones which is a plastic dust cap with a bump stop on top.
You may want to consider replacing the rubber dust boots on the front too.
Don't forget the hardware, lots of the bolts and nuts are listed as "one time use"
