Default w00t! Cylinder head arrived from 034 today
gonna drop it off at my local machine shop for final assembly with the parts needed from my old head. My car might actually run again

Default sweet! What performance options did you go with?
Just a rebuild? competition valve grind? Port/Polish?

Default 7A core converted to AAN spec
and an RS2 exhaust manifold. thats about it. I jsut want my car to run again

the rebuild alone will probably flow better than a gunked up stocker anyway. Get er' done!

Default yup. i noticed a marked improvement in power and gas mileage after my rebuild
except i kept my AAN head...they just rebuilt it

Default I would've liked to re-use my cylinder head
but it was too badly cracked to repair so a new core was neccesary.
