Default You need to find one of the super rare sunroof-delete S-cars...

6' with a helmet is tight in my sunroof-equipped S4. The front seats do, however, go really far back.

Default What about welding?

What about getting someone to weld closed the sunroom area? I wonder how much that job would cost.

Default Re: 6' 10" ? Sounds like you need a S8 8)

or a full size truck. My buddy is that size and he only fits in trucks.

Default The issue is the headliner is dropped 2 inches or so to accommodate all of the mechanicals...

Or at least I assume that's the case. I've never actually seen a C4 without a sunroof.

Default If you can fit in a 90 the S4 will only be better

You might also look into putting in an aftermarket seat. It would be a shame to take out the awsome sport seats Audi put in the S-cars, but what good is a comfy seat if your head is smashed into the head liner? A padded racing type bucket seat would gain several inches over the full power OEM seat.

That's mostly cosmetic, the basic structure is the same. The radiator is just a matter of mounts.

The B5 bay isn't designed for any engine block longer than a V6 for one thing.

If you want to spend the big bucks, just have somebody redo the headliner with leather. :-)
