Having an issue with onboard system (Semi user issue) and have been to dealership and have an open tier 2 ticket with Audi….here is the scenario:
Placed a PIN on the Key User profile in car Audi app
Primarily use another profile when I drive and use this one as the “admin” for the car
DID NOT SIGN INTO THE USER FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS - Audi system “THE SELECTED USER HAS NOT BEEN USED IN THIS VEHICLE FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOR, PLEASE ENTER YOUR MYAUDI USER INFORMATION AGAIN (SEE PIX)
Now I am unable to sign in …. Either says it is NOT AVAILABLE or if I hit it bunches of times, it finally gives me MYAUDI sign in and it’s GRAYED OUT
Here is what I want to know, if I factory reset the car…..and resign in with MYAUDI sign in…WILL THE KEY USER AGREEMENT REAPPLY?

I think Audi has been having issues this week. I leased a new Q4 this week and kept getting the infinite loop of trying to log in and it taking me back to the login screen. I found a window yesterday of only about an hour where I was able to login successfully, otherwise it would just loop back to that screen. I don't think it's you, in other words. I would just try again tomorrow.
