I have been waiting for Audi to release the internal combustion version of the Q8 like they did in 2023, but I see the only Q8 flavors are the Q Tron electric versions. Has Audi decided not to release the gasoline version of the Q8?

No, look on European configurators and you will find there 55 TFSI. I am from EU.

I was in my local dealer yesterday and they said they are expecting the ICE Q8 2024 models in March.

Looking at the Audi USA site, it looks like there are four 2024 Q8's at US dealers at this moment. I'm not sure if all Q8's - or just the SQ8 - are affected by the current hold at ports.
