Hi, just signed up and wanted to say Hi! Audi fan and owner of a 2 suvs, Q5 and now Q8, with 22"!
I live in Canada, and winter is pretty harsh, so always ran separate winter tires and rims. There is a smoking deal for these rims and tires, but they are 265/45/r20 tires and after market rims, from a 2021 Porsche Macan. I checked the rims on the website, and they should fit, but not so sure about the tires?
Was wondering if someone can help me out if there are going to be problems?

^^^^the stock tires are 285/40/r22 but will be down sizing 20" rims/tires size for the winters^^^^

It may physically fit, but you're outside the audi offset range for the Q8, which is 18 to 22. The porsche is 26.

Macan - is a staggered set up, so you'd want 4 front wheels, not a complete set:
FRONT: 265/45ZR20 9Jx20 ET26
REAR: 295/45ZR20 10Jx20 ET19

Q8 - audi's official winter 20 inch tire/wheel size is:
265/50R20 8.5Jx20 ET20

Q8 - audi's summer 20 inch tire/wheel size:
275/50R20 9Jx20 ET 20

yes that makes sense since the audi official winter offering is a 20 inch wheel/tire set.
