yeah the forged is unnecessary, but extra amazing. i don’t think they’ll do the HF-5 in brickell bronze and I don’t think they can do a custom offset for that extra deep dish look with the HF wheels because they are cast.

I really want bronze wheels, but I already have 2 sets so it would be over the top. If I do it my understanding is it is a 3 to 6 month wait. obviously i would post pics.

This is great feedback -- I always thought that the Valcona leather as standard was good enough, but I'll start throwing lux package more often on my SQ8 builds!

Yes we have many that go 155 -- it has to do with summer tires (speed rating specfically) even SQ5s. If you have the summer tires it can go 155.

Since you are a dealer, you can check the PR codes for your vehicles to verify - I would love to be wrong, but I had concluded for the SQ8 it has nothing to do with the summer tires, and their speed rating: https://www.audiworld.com/forums/aud.../#post25853904

It’s a total crock of **** that this car has to be tuned by 3rd party to go 155 when that is only top speed Audi advertises. Should be a class action lawsuit. Such blatant misrepresentation.

This is the language audi uses:
* Top track speed electronically limited in the U.S. Always obey speed and traffic laws.

My complaint is: I don't know how a buyer would know what speed it's limited to from that language. I also doesn't give you a clue on how to remove the electronic limit, or outline what the consequence would be for doing that. i.e. does removing the limit void your warranty? If the answer is yes, then they are basically saying the limit is 130 if you want a warrantied product, and if that is the case, the 155 number should not even be advertised since to get the product people expect (a car w a warranty) 155 will not be the top speed.

Ok here's what I was told -- if summer tires are selected at factory, the car is ELECTRONICALLY LIMITED to 155 MPH. If they have AS tires, its 130 MPH. So what Audi is saying is accurate -- the cars can go faster than 155 but they are limited to 155 & 130 MPH.

RSQ8 with ceramic brakes and the Dynamic Plus package have an increased maximum speed in the EU to 305 km/h. This package was also available in the SQ8 before facelifting but is currently not available for this model and the speed is limited to 250 km/h.
